So fun to stumble onto your blog today! Enjoyed seeing your pictures and "Congrats." on your beautiful new grandbaby! It was so special to receive a phonecall from your Mom the other Sat. morning....please tell her how much we appreciate her prayers! We love and appreciate you all!! Kimberly Neuenswander (and Mom says hello ,too!)
My husband Larry and I live in the central Mid-West, where we are currently employed as Ministers of Music and Directors of Family Ministries at our local church. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling position!
We are the proud parents of one beautiful daughter, Shelly and her wonderful husband, Greg. They attend our Church where Shelly is the Children's Director and Greg is presently in charge of Sunday School/Family Bible Studies. It's great ministering with them. They also sing in our church choir. They love it and so do we! What a treasure they are. We are so blessed!
And, now for the greatest news of 2007! We became grandparents of a darling baby girl on October 30th. Talk about excited! We are still walking on cloud 9! Alyson Dawn has truly made our lives complete. You will be hearing more about our little miracle ~ trust me!
How I'd love to hear from YOU and the latest events in YOUR life ~ especially pics. Send them on!
Remember: Every day is a gift from God ~ a memory to treasure!
my well-worn Bible, elaborately decorated Christmas trees, boxes of old photos, Johnson's Baby Lotion, Dr. Pepper, scented candles, 'The Velveteen Rabbit', the smell of cookies baking, the taste of pralines melting in your mouth, children playing in the snow, Louisiana Shrimp Creole, Camelias and Magnolias, Krispy Kreme donuts, 'The Sound of Music', hot Apple Cider in mugs, gorgeous weddings, Christmas caroling, Southern mansions ~ and the list goes on!
